The staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. Katia and Cindy were especially helpful to me which I really appreciated because I was a senior citizen traveling alone from New York who experienced car trouble. They even ran off some maps for me to get around the city when I was lost. The room was clean with a cute balcony and nice view. Breakfast was a bonus. The shower was so big, I could have washed my car in it. Will highly recommend staying here. Will stay here next time. Price was a bonus.

The staff was friendly, kind and accomodating. The breakfast was delicious with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles/pancakes, juices and coffee, etc. The swimming pool and whirlpool was relaxing for the whole family. The beds and pillows were comfy. The bed linens and towels, etc were clean with complimentary shampoo, etc. The grandkids hope we can stay again.

They gave me a later check out because I had arrived at about 5am. It was a great deal and the hotel was really nice. The room was comfortable and the balcony was a great touch. All in all a really great experience and ill definitely be staying again when I come back to Bloomington

Great Staff, Clean Facilities, Comfortable Bed (not the normal hotel room bed, pillow top mattress, sleeps great.) Customer service is the best around going above and beyond to meet your needs.
